About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Nationwide Specialist Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • A-level calibre with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales and/or account development experience, preferably in the facility services industry
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand complex business needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at multiple levels within customer organisations
