About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned contract recruiter or contingent workforce leader to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity.

Your primary focus will be to develop, market, and implement our Associate (Contingent/Flexible) hiring solution tailored for the management consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Crafting a top-tier Associate hiring framework supported by high-quality materials, contracts, and effective sourcing, selection, and communication tools.
  • Sales through Relationships: As a self-motivated individual contributor, you will cultivate your network and reputation, promoting our Associate hiring solution to both new and existing consulting clients through outreach and account management.
  • Talent Delivery: Ensuring the provision of exceptional Associate consulting talent to a diverse client base of growing management consultancies.
  • Collaboration: Working alongside colleagues across the organization to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a contract recruiter with a comprehensive understanding of the UK PSC contractor recruitment landscape. Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting Associates into consulting or contractors into professional services.
  • We welcome applications from Resourcing Managers within management consultancies who have experience in establishing or managing Associate networks.
  • A strong grasp of IR35 regulations and their implications within management consultancy.
  • Expertise in all facets of contractor recruitment, from sourcing and screening to contracting and managing a network of contract professionals.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships, enjoying the challenges presented by diverse clients and projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and inspire others.
