At LEK, we're looking for a talented individual to lead our Learning and Talent Development efforts in Europe. As the Senior Training Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Programme Development: Own and manage the full learning experience across Europe, including conducting training needs analysis, ensuring timely delivery, and developing new training experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the L&D Steering Committee, develop and oversee a significant learning budget, and collaborate with sectors and functional groups to understand industry and client needs.
  • People Management: Guide L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum, work with team members to ideate and deliver train-the-trainer support, and enable impactful learning experiences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Professional services experience.
  • Coaching certification.
  • Training delivery.
  • Experience with People/HR/Learning systems.
