Developing Strategic Learning Experiences

The Senior Training Co-ordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic learning experiences across Europe. This includes owning and managing the full learning experience, conducting training needs analysis, and ensuring on-time delivery of programs.

Stakeholder Management

The role involves managing the L&D Steering Committee, developing and overseeing a significant learning budget, and collaborating with sectors and functional groups to understand industry and client needs. The Senior Training Co-ordinator will also manage suppliers, including value-for-money analysis and content co-design.

People Management

The Senior Training Co-ordinator will guide L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum, work with them to ideate and deliver train-the-trainer support, and enable impactful learning experiences across different formats. Key requirements include significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
  • Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrable experience in developing learning and competency frameworks and implementing a learning ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; ability to adapt to different audiences/styles/cultures
  • Ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders using visual tools such as PowerPoint
  • Great organisational skills – able to organise a varied workload, prioritise effectively and keep stakeholders updated as appropriate
  • Ability to travel to other offices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English (C2)
