Job Title: Complex Needs Practitioner - Substance Misuse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team at Waythrough. As a Substance Misuse Specialist, you will work with individuals to address their holistic support needs, providing psychosocial interventions to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in interventions to reduce risk and increase resilience
  • Work with clients to address physical and emotional health, meaningful use of time, and community engagement
  • Liaise with voluntary and statutory agencies to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Qualification in health/social care, youth and community work, or relevant experience
  • Experience of working with individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
