As a Trade Category Manager, you will spearhead the growth and profitability of our premium organic products, driving product portfolio success and developing compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to elevate Net Sales Value (NSV) and profitability across Global Export regions.
  • Optimise the product portfolio for sustained growth.
  • Implement data-driven decisions for New Product Developments (NPDs) and portfolio optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to refine the product mix for increased revenue.
  • Analyse markets, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for market development.
  • Participate in distributor sales meetings to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Generate actionable reports and collaborate with local teams to enhance business performance.
  • Lead the Innovation Process and drive the use of digital asset management tools.
  • Maintain master data and image databases for export product categories.
  • Oversee website maintenance for effective brand representation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operative of brands and product segments.
