Group Marketing Director

About the Role
The Arora Group Head Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Marketing Director to join our commercial team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategies for all our hotels, with a focus on driving direct revenue from our hotel websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing and communications strategies for all hotels, covering all business segments.
- Work closely with on-property marketing teams to set direction and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and plans for new hotel openings, driving cross-departmental integration and collaboration.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns for hotels via PPC, paid social, print, and other channels.
- Audit and improve content quality, accuracy, user experience, design, structure, and conversion rates of all websites.
- Establish short- and long-term brand partnership relationships with like-minded brands to strengthen authenticity and increase brand recognition.
- Develop PR and communications strategies for relevant hotels to secure press and influencer coverage in key online and print publications.
- Calculate and report on ROI of all paid activity and support hotel teams with analytics insights.
- Analyze monthly and yearly KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant hotel marketing and communications experience.
- Educated to degree level or relevant digital marketing qualification.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Exceptional eye for detail in line with Arora Group's and global hotel brands' expectations.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Self-motivated, strong project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to keep growing as a marketing professional.
