About Us

The Arora Group Head Office is seeking a highly skilled Group Marketing Director to lead our marketing and communications efforts. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive direct revenue from our hotel websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing and communications strategies for all hotels, with a focus on our five-star properties.
  • Work closely with on-property marketing teams to set direction and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and plans for new hotel openings, driving cross-departmental integration and collaboration.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns for hotels via PPC, paid social, print, and other channels.
  • Audit and improve content quality, accuracy, user experience, design, structure, and conversion rates of all websites.
  • Establish short- and long-term brand partnership relationships with like-minded brands to strengthen authenticity and increase brand recognition.
  • Develop PR and communications strategies for relevant hotels to secure press and influencer coverage in key online and print publications.
  • Calculate and report on ROI of all paid activity and support hotel teams with analytics insights.
  • Analyze monthly and yearly KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant hotel marketing and communications experience.
  • Educated to degree level or relevant digital marketing qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Exceptional eye for detail in line with Arora Group's and global hotel brands' expectations.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Self-motivated, strong project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep growing as a marketing professional.
