About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at 360 Technology. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Network Administration: Perform regular networking tasks such as setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • System Security: Ensure system and network security, including regular updates and backups.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of our IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Server Administration: Assist with server administration and ensure all systems comply with organizational standards.
  • Documentation: Document technical issues and resolutions to improve processes and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless system operations and upgrades.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Hardware Installation and Maintenance: Strong experience in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Networking: Proficiency in networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) and network device management.
  • Desktop Support: Hands-on experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Network Security: Knowledge of network security, firewall setup, and security protocols.
  • Operating Systems: Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Network Configuration: Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to provide end-user support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Virtualization Experience: Experience in managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certifications like CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or CCNA are advantageous.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
