Part Time Office Administrator
**Job Type**: Part Time, 2 or 3 days per week
Location: Home based with occasional travel into London HQ
Post Code: NW1 6JJ
**Salary**: £15,000 to £22,000 (depending on days worked)
Start Date: ASAP
Established Health & Safety and Consultancy based in London requires an experienced Part Time Office Administrator to assist with the daily operations associated with the Business Development and Consultancy Teams.
Skills Required
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
- Good telephone manner
- Organisational skills
- Client facing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Administration support for the business development team.
- Dealing with requests for information and sales administration for the field-based business development team.
- Managing the correspondence between the business development team and their clients
- Updating the company CRM system and relevant files with information required
- Updating the operations databases
The role will suit individuals currently working as Part Time Office Administrator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Secretary and be living within a commutable distance of London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey or be willing to relocate.
