Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator / Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at 360 Technology. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Network Administration: Perform regular networking tasks such as setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for end users, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- System Security: Ensure system and network security, including regular updates and backups.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Server Administration: Assist with server administration and ensure all systems comply with organizational standards.
