Join Our Team as a Systems Administrator

We are a multi-national restaurant brand looking for a Systems Administrator to support our expanding regional operations. As a vital member of our UK team, you'll play a crucial role in providing first and second-line support for our restaurants across our network in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

**What you'll do**
- Work in a cross-functional UK team to scope and implement new restaurant operating systems
- Provide ongoing technical support for all restaurant and head office operating systems
- Support the opening of new restaurants, including systems & hardware installation and testing
- Support the onboarding of new employees and franchisees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant and head office users seeking assistance with IT issues
- Manage user requests efficiently through our Helpdesk system, prioritising effectively and keeping users informed about the status of their queries
- Seek ways to improve IT systems and related processes

**What you'll bring**
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- A strong customer focus with a willingness to help at all levels of the business.
- Experience with networking within an office environment (routing and switching).
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Active participation in handling helpdesk requests in an SLA-driven environment.
- Ability to write concise documentation for the company knowledgebase.
- Some experience working with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to managemultiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to proactively and independently prioritise, troubleshoot and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.
