Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our departments, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operational running of Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls and inquiries in a sensitive and confidential manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely and accurate provision of written clinical information.
  • Act as a Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care ambassador, promoting our values and services within the community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
