Job Description

nimbl is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an iconic gaming brand.

We're looking for someone with at least 2-3 year's agency experience keen to develop their client servicing and account handling career, possibly a talented Snr Account Exec looking to step up or an Account Manager with 6 - 12 months experience looking to broaden their experience.

Title: Account Manager

Location: Commutable to London (Hybrid working)

Salary: £34K - £39K

The role in summary

The role will facilitate the day-to-day running of the account and to manage communication between the key teams within the agency and directly with the client. You will support your Account Director in championing client relationships and liaising with internal creative teams to deliver various marketing campaigns and collateral for key performing channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Build relationships and work with clients in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
  • Working closely with creative teams to develop retail concepts, visuals, designs and artwork. Good understanding of briefing, trafficking, and sign off processes
  • Able to make positive suggestions to add value and expertise to client work
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail and problem-solving abilities to manage timings, budgets and monthly marketing campaigns. It's about getting the detail right, not just getting it done.
  • You will be working towards driving marketing campaigns and broader projects autonomously but more importantly a strong team player and will be supported by an Account Director.
  • Acting as internal liaison between your team, client and internal agency teams (creative and production) in order to assist in producing seamless campaigns.
  • Assisting other members of the team in providing support and information necessary in order to address briefs effectively.
  • Liaising with clients and third-party suppliers to ensure their requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • Assisting in making sure that deadlines are kept and budgets are met.
  • Helping to monitor competitor activity, recording any research.
  • Developing understanding of the agency's internal accounting and billing processes and procedures, raising PO's, ensuring our T&C's are up to date and maintaining an up to date filing system.
  • Constantly driving new or improved ways of working and striving for continuous personal development.
