Job Opportunity

Stott and May is seeking a highly skilled Account and Data Executive to join our team. As an Account and Data Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and account management – maintaining direct, day-to-day contact with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop, direct, and lead project planning and day-to-day execution;
  • Manage, present, and oversee project brief development, assist in the creative brief development processes;
  • Develop and update project documents and presentations, such as Keynotes, Google Slides presentations, meeting notes, briefings, and scope of work agreements;
  • Check in with the production team on budgets regularly and work with the finance team for billing and project finances;
  • Sound understanding of production techniques and timelines in order to be able to fluently talk to clients and internal teams about project methods and approaches for both localization specific and creative projects;
  • Work with the senior management team to develop new business including marketing collateral and materials;
  • Confident estimating and invoicing projects and campaigns accurately and punctually, in line with both our business' and client financial deadlines;
  • Actively check in with producers to understand where projects are at from a financial and profitability perspective;
  • Constantly work with the team to spot opportunities for improving ways of working, and documenting, improving and building processes to make our work more efficient and effective.

About the Role:

This role will be supporting predominantly on the Google account, joining the team as they deliver a range of projects with client teams based in the US and EMEA. You will have a working knowledge of Google Ads, Google My Business, and other Google products, which will help you as the agency grows relationships within Google and supports their B2B product marketing initiatives, delivering everything from B2B paid media creative assets to DEI projects. You will also help across multiple B2C projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of account management, data analysis, and project coordination. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
