About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery/Project Manager to oversee Data Engineering projects & programmes across our Data transformation portfolio.

As a key member of our Data Engineering service line, you will be responsible for helping shape the definition, development, and execution of our delivery standards and driving engineering excellence.

You will lead highly-skilled technical teams in a high-profile position, reporting to senior-level client stakeholders, and understand your customers' and technical colleagues' needs to run high-performance data engineering projects & programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality projects & programmes up to medium to large-sized accounts.
  • Experience in successful delivery of complex data-related projects end to end.
  • Agile or DataOps delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of data engineering.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to all levels and present to senior leadership.
  • Lead, motivate, and direct med-large-sized engineering delivery teams.
  • Help define delivery management core processes and improvement opportunities.
  • Attentiveness to quality and productivity as outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Manage third-party relationships in the successful achievement of customer deliveries.
  • Manage significant delivery budgets and minimize programme variances.
  • Lead teams across multiple shores.
