Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at Orona. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of our service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service contracts and customer information.
- Process and coordinate the receipt of incoming materials and parts.
- Support the ordering and procurement process for necessary supplies.
- Collate and record field data submitted by engineers.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract management and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
