Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at Orona. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of our service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service contracts and customer information.
  • Process and coordinate the receipt of incoming materials and parts.
  • Support the ordering and procurement process for necessary supplies.
  • Collate and record field data submitted by engineers.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
