About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our Swansea Morfa team. As a Deputy Manager, you will support the store manager in leading and inspiring the store team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.

The Store:

Our Swansea Morfa store has been a customer favorite for the latest looks and must-haves. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere and driving sales growth.

About You:

  • You have previous deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You are a New Look brand enthusiast with a passion for delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You possess commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
