Customer Relationship Management Specialist

As a key member of the marketing team, you will support the CRM strategy, planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, managing the monthly email marketing calendar, and delivering flawless campaign execution. You will also use reporting tools like Google Analytics to analyse email statistics, providing actionable insights and improvements for future development.
This is a full-time office-based position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. The salary for this role is £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of key marketing principles, including consumer needs and journey, user experience, target audience, etc. They will have a proven track record of working in CRM marketing, with experience in digital marketing and A/B testing. Excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Core benefits include a company pension scheme and 22 days holiday rising to 25 days after one year.
