Sales and Marketing Lead for German Kitchen Manufacturer

SieMatic UK is seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth, develop innovative marketing strategies, and execute campaigns that captivate our target audience. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will contribute to and align with the national marketing strategy to grow the SieMatic brand.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, proficiency in various marketing facets and promotion techniques, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, are essential. Experience or knowledge of the interiors, architecture, or kitchen industry is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Networking and Lead Generation: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers through networking events and presentations to generate contract leads.
- Run PR activities through fostering media relations, writing press releases, and hosting media events.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
The salary for this role is £70,000 per annum, plus flexible working arrangements and occasional travel.
