Enable Leisure & Culture is a charity dedicated to improving people's wellbeing and strengthening local communities. We work with councils, charities, and other local organisations to deliver health, leisure, and community services that enrich people's lives and strengthen our local community.
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Growth team. The successful candidate will seek out new and exciting ways to expand Enable's reach and increase strategic partnerships within the Health sector. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic aims.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, life insurance, reward schemes, social and wellbeing activities, and free gym membership.
