About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our New Business Sales team at phs Group, the leading hygiene services provider in the UK. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients to promote and sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients to target with our products and services
  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers to promote and sell our products and services
  • Establish and build relationships with new clients to ensure long-term success
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to secure sales
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships to enhance their experience with phs Group

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in telesales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Resilience and determination to overcome objections and secure sales
  • Polite and articulate with a positive attitude
