Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Worker at our Supported Living Service, Clearwater, in North Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the therapeutic project through group and one-to-one work with key clients. This includes assisting with creating a participative environment that enables clients to gain independence and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in a program of care to support individuals live independently
• Complete and support individual plans and associated administration
• Actively participate in training and staff support meetings
Requirements
• GCSE English and Mathematics Grades A-C or demonstrable equivalent
• Six months full-time experience working in a Health & Social Care Environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Benefits
The salary for this position is £23,066 per annum, plus sleepover and on-call payments. You will also receive 38 days of annual leave, which includes your 12 statutory holidays.
