Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our project delivery teams and ensure the successful execution of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, engineering, and estimating
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and development
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and financial performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, and leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are an asset
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
