Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and maintaining store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and train cashiers to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
- Maintain store operations and uphold company policies to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supervise and train operational staff to drive team development and achieve operational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail operations or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems to optimize store operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to analyze data and create reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a team and achieve operational goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
