Job Title: Area Operations Manager

At Integral UK LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving performance and achieving operational excellence within your business unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  2. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures within the business unit.
  3. Manage and maintain company standard operational procedures to ensure consistency across the region.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve operational problems and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Manage and utilize data and MI to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  6. Ensure timely submission of Incident, Operational, and Financial Management Reports.
  7. Lead audits and implement feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Oversee the management of technical support and infrastructure to ensure effective performance levels.
  9. Lead and develop your team to achieve operational excellence and drive change.
  10. Provide coaching and support to direct reports to ensure their success.
  11. Manage P&L and commercial matters for the region.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Educated to degree standard or minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance sector.
  3. Proven track record of managing performance to a set of KPIs within a regional business unit.
  4. Knowledge of logistical and operational planning.
  5. Experience of driving change and organisational transformation.
  6. Industry relevant qualifications.
  7. A formal Hard FM qualification, NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely Certified desirable.
  8. Proven Facilities Management Experience achieved at a similar level with extensive experience in Facilities Management.
  9. Excellent Customer Service experience preferably with a Customer Services Qualification or equivalent desirable.
  10. Competent working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines.
  11. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook.
