Support Children's Learning as a Child Development Specialist

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a skilled and caring Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting children's early learning in a dynamic and supportive environment. We require a qualified and experienced teaching assistant who can assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities for early years students.

  • Deliver high-quality educational support to children, whether one-to-one or in small groups.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and address challenges.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure effective collaboration.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £95-£110 per day, depending on experience.
