Position: SEMH Specialist
Location: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell, or Shropshire
Hours: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term placement

With state-of-the-art facilities and a highly experienced staff team, the school provides a supportive and engaging learning environment. Its central location makes it easily accessible from nearby towns and cities, with good transport links and on-site parking available.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work 1:1 with a student who requires SEMH support. Your role will involve:
Delivering tailored academic and emotional support
Encouraging positive behaviour and resilience
Collaborating with the wider team to implement individualised learning plans
Promoting a safe and nurturing environment for learning and development
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
