About the Position
This is a full-time SEMH specialist role that requires a dedicated educator to work 1:1 with a student who requires SEMH support. Your key responsibilities will include delivering tailored academic and emotional support, encouraging positive behaviour and resilience, and collaborating with the wider team to implement individualised learning plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Compensation and Perks
This role offers a salary of approximately £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
