Company Overview:

To meet this demand, SMART Education Recruitment is seeking experienced Secondary School Tutors to join our team. As a tutor, you will play a critical role in providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with schools and academies to identify students' needs and develop personalized learning plans
  • Delivering high-quality tutoring sessions to students with SEN
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents and carers


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant prior tutoring experience
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and PDA
  • Strong subject knowledge in core secondary school subjects


What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate, 2 hours paid planning and prep per week per student, free Twinkle account, and school hours included. Our team is dedicated to supporting students with SEN and we encourage experienced individuals to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is £30-£35 per hour, depending on experience.
