Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Rugby. The successful candidate will display a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires effective communication, organisational skills, and a methodical approach to maximise productivity in the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work as delegated by the Workshop Supervisor.
  • To diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and technical resources.
  • To complete associated administration tasks and maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Automotive Technology.
  • An MOT licence is preferable but not essential.
  • Good time keeping, presentation qualities, and commitment to delivering technical excellence.
  • A full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills.
