We're recruiting an experienced Food Innovation Specialist to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You'll work closely with our chefs to implement menu changes and identify opportunities to improve our food services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new menu concepts
  • Collaborating with chefs to prepare and serve high-quality food
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure kitchens are well-stocked
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Representing Chartwells and promoting our brand

Requirements:

  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a similar chef role or relevant industry experience
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible approach to working

What We Offer:
