CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in South Manchester. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, upgrades, compliance testing, and training for customers across the UK and overseas.
  • Ensure all service contract work is performed efficiently and in line with the scope of the agreement, focusing on resolving critical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of onsite activities through detailed reports and expense claims.
  • Provide onsite support for IRMS and EA products globally.
  • Conduct testing of upgrades and repairs at the factory.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a scientific field or relevant experience.
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with scientific tools and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites within the UK and internationally.
