OJ Digital seeks a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Customer Success, responsible for leading the CS Function and driving business growth. As a member of the executive team, you will contribute to shaping the company's overall direction and strategy.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up and take on a leadership position in the Customer Success team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Build and lead a high-performing customer success team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize customer-facing processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and addressing their needs proactively.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer success leadership. Your expertise in customer lifecycle management, success metrics, and data analysis will be essential in driving business growth.
