Post Room Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Post Room Case Manager to join our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Post Room Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Post Room, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Incoming Post Processing: Collect, sort, and date stamp incoming post, and scan Revs & Bens incoming post and original documents.
- Post Room Inbox Management: Process print and posting requests, indexing requests, and queries regarding parcels and post.
- Purchase Orders: Raise orders, enter receipts/GRNs, raise sales invoices, chase receipt/GRNs, and process blue slips.
- Outgoing Post: Sort post in trays, frank post per postage tray, and put post in grey Royal Mail boxes for collection.
- Administrative Tasks: Check stationery and envelope stocks, provide support in other service areas, and file documents.
