About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Development Director - Tech Lead to join our team in City of London. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving technical direction and guiding team members.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical discussions to inform product development.
  2. Guide team members to develop and maintain micro services and applications.
  3. Implement and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) environments.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop test automation frameworks.
  5. Develop and execute technical plans to achieve business objectives.
  6. Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in software development, specifically in micro services and API development. Additionally, you should have experience working in agile environments and possess excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
