  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a talent for building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of identifying new opportunities and driving growth is essential.
About the Role
  • As the Infrastructure Development Director, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • You'll identify and cultivate new client relationships, nurture existing partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to align Bid Solutions' service offerings with market needs.
  • Representing Bid Solutions in high-level engagements, including pitches and negotiations, is also a key aspect of this role.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting at £100,000, depending on experience.
  • Participation in an annual performance bonus scheme (OTE c. £150,000).
  • Flexible working hours and location, with part-remote and part-office work in London.

Matched pension contributions of up to 6% and professional development funding (£1,000 per year) are also available.
