Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Cubitts is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision and inventory management
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and development opportunities for store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the optical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
