Job Opportunity at Bloobloom

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Store Manager to lead our new London stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service, commercial acumen, and inspiring leadership to your team.
  2. Nurture a culture of beautiful service by leading by example, observation, and in-moment coaching.
  3. Run an efficient business by minimizing stock loss, maintaining up-to-date displays, and ensuring a pristine store environment.
  4. Maintain retail standards throughout the store at all times.
  5. Adopt an upside-down management approach with coaching at the forefront.
  6. Bring out the best in your store teams through regular coaching, reviews, and role modeling.
  7. Maintain high standards of work according to our QA system and British Standards.
  8. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all staff, both within the store and across the organization.
  9. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Relevant experience as an Optical Store Manager.
  2. Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal, written, and general communication skills.
  3. Comfortable in a digital environment.
