Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Cubitts is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision and inventory management
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail or optical environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of optical products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
