Job Title: Store Manager - Optical

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager role in our new London stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales in store through exceptional customer service, demonstrating commercial acumen and providing inspiring leadership to your team.
  2. Nurture and develop a culture of beautiful service through leading by example, observation, and in-moment coaching.
  3. Run an efficient business by minimising stock loss, keeping displays up to date, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
  4. Ensure our retail standards are maintained throughout all areas of the store at all times.
  5. Adopt an upside-down management approach with coaching at the forefront.
  6. Bring out the best in our store teams through regular coaching, frequent reviews, and role modelling.
  7. Help maintain a high standard of work according to our QA system and British Standards.
  8. Maintain good working relationships with all other staff, both within the store and in the wider organisation.
  9. Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development of employees.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Relevant experience as an Optical Store Manager.
  2. Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal, written, and general communication skills.
  3. Comfortable in a digital environment.
