Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Jayne Marriner Recruitment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced optical and hearing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock control and ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Dispense spectacles to prescriptions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage optical and hearing test clinics, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Motivate and support your team, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Achieve targets and meet sales goals.
  • Have management experience, either as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
