We are currently seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician Lead to join our team on a 12-month rolling contract. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and location.

This role involves leading a team of help desk technicians in providing technical and application support to employees globally, focusing on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in German and able to work on a hybrid basis. This position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and relevant technical support experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • LEADING A TEAM OF HELP DESK TECHNICIANS
  • PROVIDING TECHNICAL AND APPLICATION SUPPORT VIA VARIOUS CHANNELS
  • CREATING AND MANAGING SUPPORT TICKETS, DOCUMENTING ALL ACTIVITIES
  • TRoubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating when necessary
  • RESEARCHING COMPLEX PROBLEMS AND IDENTIFYING TRENDS
  • FOLLOWING UP ON OPEN TICKETS AND ENSURING TIMELY RESOLUTION
  • USING AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE KNOWLEDGE BASE
  • PROVIDING TRAINING AND ACTING AS A POINT OF CONTACT FOR TEAM MEMBERS
  • ASSISTING WITH QUALITY REVIEWS AND PARTICIPATING IN INTERNAL PROJECTS
  • PERFORMING TRANSLATION REVIEWS OCCASIONALLY
