About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEMHA Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs across age groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapting Support - Be able to adapt support depending on pupils' individual needs.
  • Social and Learning Support - Must be willing to support pupils' Learning and Social skills.
  • Intervention - Willing to intervene if a challenging situation arises.
  • Intervention Support - Support with Phonics, Literacy, and Numeracy intervention.
  • Requirements
    • Right to Work in the UK
    • Overseas Criminal Clearance
    • UK Residency of at least three months
