We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Pharmacist to join our team in Frailty and Healthcare for Older People services. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will work closely with our Healthcare for Older People and Frailty Teams to provide specialist pharmacy input and support the development of our services.
