About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our team at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will work closely with our Healthcare for Older People and Frailty Teams to provide specialist pharmacy input and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and experience working with older adults. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, developing and implementing pharmacy services, and contributing to the development of our Frailty and Healthcare for Older People services.
