About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Pharmacist to join our Gastroenterology team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing specialist pharmacy input to the Gastroenterology team, supporting the prescribing and monitoring of biologic medicines, and contributing to the development of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist pharmacy input to the Gastroenterology team, including the prescribing and monitoring of biologic medicines.
  • Work closely with the Gastroenterology team to develop and implement pharmacy services that meet the needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, including the design and delivery of training programs for pharmacy staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
