Pensions Data Analytics Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team at Highams. As a key member of our data solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our analytics solutions, while managing and upskilling the team.
About the RoleThis is a new role within our Pensions Consultancy, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our data solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored analytics solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of our analytics solutions
- Manage and upskill the data solutions team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
- Previous experience in a team leading or management role within data analytics
- Experience in the Pensions sector, ideally within consulting or a client-facing role
- Experience working with Cloud data analytics solutions such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of data modelling using a range of tech solutions
