Pensions Data Consulting Team Lead - Permanent - South East

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Lead to join our Pensions Consulting team in the South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our analytics solutions, while managing and upskilling our data analytics team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development of data analytics solutions for our clients
* Manage and upskill our data analytics team
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a team lead or management role within data analytics
* Experience in the Pensions sector, ideally in consulting or a client-facing role
* Experience working with cloud data analytics solutions such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL
* Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Strong understanding of data modeling using a range of tech solutions
