Pensions Data Analytics Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Lead to join our Pensions Consultancy team in the South East. As a key member of our data solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing analytics solutions to support our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
* Design and implement data models using cloud-based technologies such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a team lead or management role within data analytics
* Experience working in the Pensions sector, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role
* Strong understanding of data modeling and cloud-based technologies
* Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
